## Problem Creative Twinkles is a digital agency that needed a marketing platform that did three things: convey the brand's aesthetic, convert visitors into qualified leads, and run as a recurring-revenue funnel for the team's services. The existing site was a slideshow; the agency needed an asset. ## Approach Full-stack React with GSAP-driven motion design that felt like a designer cared, performance-tuned so the animations didn't tank Core Web Vitals, and a lead-capture flow that fed straight into the agency's CRM. Backend handled form validation, qualification scoring, and a small CMS layer for case studies the team could update without a dev. ## Outcome $50K+ in recurring revenue attributed to the platform. Lead generation lifted 30% versus the previous site. Lighthouse Performance held above 90 despite the heavy motion, thanks to lazy-loading and reduced-motion preference handling. ## Role Full-stack engineer: frontend, animations, backend, lead pipeline.
